We are not able to accept returns, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best product possible, however if there are any quality issues upon arrival, please email info@gourmetsweetbotanicals.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order# and pictures of the product and label for review.
During the summertime, we suggest customers opt for the morning delivery services, so the package can deliver as soon as possible.
Shipping Refund Policy
While we use the most reliable carriers, occasional delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or high volume can occur. Because these are outside our control, we strongly recommend scheduling your delivery for at least one day before you actually need the product. If your package is delayed by more than 24 hours, please contact us so we can review the shipment.
Access & Security Restrictions: We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to a business being closed or a driver being unable to access a property. Please provide all necessary gate codes or special instructions at checkout to ensure a successful delivery.
Peak Seasons: During holidays, overnight shipping guarantees may be suspended by UPS/FedEx. Check the UPS and FedEx websites for any updates or service alerts.
